Beats shipped like this..maybe due to heat?

I ordered some Studio Beats and they just came in yesterday and when I opened up the case, look what I find...

I could see this happening because of how hot and humid it is outside. I returned it to Best Buy and was refunded but I'm afraid of ordering it again and having the same thing happen. What do you guys think?
